Thank you for contacting our Repairs Department.  

To ensure that your repair is dealt with promptly please ensure all information is completed where applicable. Please provide as much information as possible that you feel is relevant to your repair including photos etc as this will assist our repair man in dealing with your repair more efficiently. 

Please note with regards appliance repairs there is a minimum call out time of 48 hours. If you feel your repair is urgent (i.e) burst pipe, no heating, fire, medical purposes then we recommend that you contact our office immediately on (071) 91 40404 (option 2) for the Rental Department.   

If outside office hours please also ring (071) 91 40404 where our emergency rental numbers are listed.
